Description
The M28 tweeter is a significantly improved version of its predicessor, the M25 mkII tweeter. This new and improved version offers a larger dome and voice coil resulting in cleaner output, lower distortion, and higher power handling. Our M28 keeps the same philophy of a tweeter that is extremely easy to install including a shallow mounting depth, a polished front appearance, a nice-looking lotus pattern protective grille. The drivers chassis is entirely made from machined aluminum for the fit and finish you deserve from a high end loudspeaker.
When we reduced the mounting depth to less than one inch, we also increased its ability to play lower by engineering a rear tuned chamber to lower the Fs to 680 Hz. Performing the latter allows an easier transition to other loudspeakers in your system. A screw/clamp mounting ring system keeps the OD to a minimum and cleans up the overall appearance. The custom tooling extends to the integrated grille with our logo laser etched in the center. The grille pattern and open surface area have been carefully engineered to allow the sound of the dome to flow through the grille uninhibited.
The M28’s dome and surround are made of high quality silk for natural smooth sound. Driving the silk dome is a solid copper voice coil wound on a light-weight Kapton voice coil former. Providing positive and negative diaphragm movement is a single slug of Neodynium inside the motor.
Lastly, we positioned recessed push terminals at the rear of the tweeter. The recessed push terminals are included in the shallow 24 mm mounting depth of the tweeter resulting in a super compact, very versatile, 28 mm dome tweeter that is at home in any high-fidelity environment.
Recommended highpass crossover point is at least 2,000 Hz with a 24 dB/octave slope or higher.

Mitch Allen (verified owner) –
Been running the M28 tweeters for about a week in my 2020 Tundra, mounted in the sail panels and powered off an Audio Dynamics 1200.8 (about 110w per channel up top). Crossed them at 2000 Hz / 24 dB LR per the recommendation, and I’ve barely had to touch EQ so far.
First thing I noticed is how smooth they are. They’ve got detail, but they don’t come off sharp or bright. No fatigue at all even when playing loud. Vocals really stand out and cymbals sound clean without getting harsh.
They blend very well into my midrange even before I get into full time alignment. That surprised me as I expected more tweaking.
So far I haven’t heard any distortion or breakup, even across different genres. Honestly, they’re probably the best tweeters I’ve had in my system. They even edge out my previous Focal K2s.
Still early since I haven’t finished tuning the system or added the M350 midranges yet, but first impression is these are going to be hard to beat.
