HS-24’s are built by hand in North Carolina. They are sold individually. Shipping is not included. Build time is 7 to 14 days.
Discover the ultimate destination in your quest for the perfect subwoofer – the HS-24. This powerhouse is the epitome of balance, delivering high-fidelity sound, impressive output, and a compact enclosure size, all while excelling in Low-Frequency Effects and Ultra-Low Frequency performance. With a bandwidth potential ranging from 5 Hz to 1000 Hz, this subwoofer effortlessly flexes its muscles to transport you to the realm of profound bass. Every part of the HS-24 was designed using FEA simulations, CAD software, and Klippel verficiation of the final subwoofer driver.
Despite its size, the HS-24 exhibits the sonic precision of a 10″ or 12″ subwoofer. It offers an immense linear displacement potential, allowing you to easily delve into full bandwidth sound, even into the single digits. Three internal shorting rings provide class leading inductance reduction considering the HS-24’s massive linear excursion capabilities. Why go through the trouble to linearize and reduce inductance? For accuracy/tightness of bass. Years of meticulous refinement have led to the creation of the HS-24, the ultimate tool for authentic full-range bass reproduction.
Our HS-24 reaches a 0.707 alignment in a very compact sealed enclosure size of 8.0 ft^3. Eight cubic feet might sound a little big but when you consider that a 24″ diameter subwoofer works in an enclosure smaller than a 28″ cube the enclosure size gets very manageable very quickly. Large surface area, small sealed enclosure size, and a subwoofer capable of 40 mm one-way linear (by 70% BL) you end up with one single massively capable subwoofer solution.
Key technical features include:
– A custom high-BL motor
– A 3 layer 10″ diameter nomex spider for linear suspension travel
– Bifilar copper voice coil windings for reduced inductance and tighter bass
– Three internal shorting rings to control and linearize inductance
– A 10″ diameter quad-stacked Y35 ferrite motor for high motor force and minimal enclosure requirements
– 40 mm one-way Xmax (80 mm total linear excursion) with over 120 mm peak-to-peak stroke
– A compact 8 ft^3 sealed enclosure requirement
– Cast aluminum basket
– Carbon fiber and kevlar sandwich cone body
– Large 4 AWG spring-loaded speaker terminals.
For optimal performance, we recommend an 8 ft^3 sealed enclosure or a 20 ft^3 vented enclosure tuned to 15 Hz.
The HS-24 requires a 22 3/8″ (22.375″) cutout, has a 24.35″ outer diameter, a mounting depth of 12.75″, and weighs 95 lbs. Experience the ultimate in bass reproduction with the HS-24 subwoofer.

Hello all. My first statement is to make lemons at stereo integrity. I’m sorry it took so long for me to review your drivers
I purchased a pair of 24-inch subwoofers (MK-II) from Nick in May of 2018 and as per his recommendations, I constructed matching 9 ft.³ inner dimension enclosures double skinned three-quarter birch with a triple skinned front baffle. My only words to describe these woofers are- OH MY GOODNESS. they are incredibly musical and they can double duty for LFE in a home theater. The amp I chose to drive them was a Speaker Power SP- 8000.
What I will say; as far as customer service, HE is second to none. If any of you out there would like to contact me directly. Please put in the subject line 24 inch subs and e-mail me at: krupgram@gmail.com

I’ve built 11 cabinets for the HS-24, both sealed and ported, for HT use. The low end extension of these drivers is unlike any other driver I’ve used, without sacrificing mid bass performance. It’s the only driver I’ve found that can dig into the low teens with authority and still deliver club like chest thump. Weather you put them in a 19ft^3 ported cabinet or 10ft^3 sealed cabinet, I guarantee you’ll sit in your chair with a smile every time you let these bad boys out of their cages.

I originally had purchased a SVS PB-16 Ultra for my theater but within a couple days of ownership I was disappointed in the output and excessive port noise compared to my DIY JL W7 13.5’s in ported boxes. I couldn’t justify $2700 on a sub I didn’t love. That’s when the DIY search started and I stumbled upon Stereo Integrity. It was a little unnerving to place an order on 2 HS-24’s when I had never heard them or of the company but I went for it. While the subs were being built I made lots of calls to Nick asking questions and even changing my order to a dual 2 ohm for a dual 1 ohm. Nick was extremely helpful and recommended Speaker Power for amplification. At this point I wasn’t going to cheap out on amplifiers. I ended up going with two Speaker Power SP1-2400-HT’s and two prebuilt cabinets from Denovo Audio, wow they were beautiful! Now that everything is hooked up all I can say is wow! Amazing ULF and accuracy, I can’t believe how much output these things put out in a sealed box with proper amplification! I’d recommend you have a good relationship with your neighbors because they will hear and feel them in their house! I can’t say enough good things about these subs and Nick, it’s truly the last sub you will ever own. These things make the exterior of my house shake like a rattling trunk on a car! Thank you Nick for making incredible subs and I’m extremely lucky to be the proud owner of two of them!

ABSOLUTE BEASTS!!
I have been using 3 of Nick’s HS-24s in my theater for a few years now. There is NO other sub system I’ve heard that hits as loud and low as these do unless you start getting into 8+ 18 inch drivers. It’s hard to describe the feeling these give you in room, especially the subsonics!! The HS-24 lives to play down low! If you have not experienced these in person, try to do so! Better yet, grab a pair for your home theater, cause you’re hard pressed to find a better subwoofer at a better value.
Like I mentioned, I have 3 of these beasts in my room powered by a Sinbosen FP20000Q. At the main listening position, I was able to get a flat signal down to 7 Hz at 115 db! Anything over 10 Hz and the response was flat in the low 120 dB range. I was hitting peaks anywhere under 30 Hz around the 130 dB range. If you like to see the graphs and see the HS-24s in action, I’ve done several videos on these drivers including the link I’ll leave below. Check it out and see what these things look like in action!

Thanks Nick for bringing such a sick driver to the market!!

At first, I went with budget performance. Two Ultimax 18s. I knew I was driving them too hard, so I bought two more. That lasted about a week when the older two gave up. Instead of replacing them, I decided to quit playing around and get two HS-24s. I built the enclosers according to GSG’s BTS Ported 24. The output is incredible, more than this you start to damage your house. I was going to power these with Speaker Power, But then I saw a post by David Gage of Deep Sea Sound. He was very impressed with the Peavey IPR2 7500 DSP at half the price. Well, I got mine for a quarter of the price used from a church. What were they doing with such a powerful amp, Who knows? It works and works damn well!
5 Hz-102 dB
6 Hz-109 dB
7 Hz-114 dB
8 Hz-119 dB
9 Hz-122 dB
10 Hz-124 dB
Flat from 20 Hz at 118 dB to 80 Hz

I’m really enjoying a pair of these 24’s. IMO the most musical subs I’ve had in my room. Impact, kick, deep when you need it, first class SQ when you want it. If I could fit two more I would but honestly not sure my room could survive.

Well it is 6 years now that I have had the quantity 2 HS 24’s in 9.3 cubic foot boxes sealed and I am still in heaven. Any one that still is on the fence about these bad boys just email me krupgram@gmail.com
I just ordered a pair of his as Nick says his budget 18’s for analog room I have with vintage 1972 gear.
Nick I thank you for what you do with sub-woofers, You are amazing.
Respectfully, Jeff Krupnak

I ordered four HS-24s as my fourth home theater sub build, starting with two UM18s, then four NSWs, then four Harbottle 21s, and now the four HS-24s. The low end extension of the HS-24s is unreal. In my large room (25’x25′ open to another room) I’m hitting 125dB at 10Hz with 1dB of compression and inaudible distortion. The tactile response these subwoofers give is immense as well. They’re very handsome as well, though I hide mine behind a screen.
I posted a big thread with measurements and data on AVS Forum, mostly to compare them to the Harbottles I upgraded from.

Please reach out to me on AVS Forum if you have any questions about the subwoofers or the data and I’ll be happy to chat. These subs are the true end game.
