Hi everyone.
My name is Craig. I like the courtesy I see on this forum. Very friendly and helpful. I just traded my Mustang for a 2006 GMC Sierra 1500 Crew Cab. Now I've got to start over on my audio adventures. I had found this forum and was interested in the BM2 for my Mustang. Now I want one for my truck. I have an older (3+ yr) Memphis PRD500.1 that I hope to use to drive it with. My biggest problem now is finding a box to put it that will fit under or behind the back seat for a 12". Most everything I find is 8" or 10". As has been stated in some other posts, the crew cab has less space to put speaker boxes than the extended cab like I had before the Mustang. I see Q-Logic has a shallow mount box (12T65SM), and a company I've never heard of Atrend (12PST). Thanks, Craig |

Fresh meat!! Err umm I mean Welcome lol.
The new BM would most certainly fit your bill I am thinking. Have you looked into any way of raising the rear seat or moving it towards the front of the truck. Even if you can' the BM will probably fit fine, its most certainly perfect for trucks like yours.

Thanks. Sorry I forgot to put that in. I live in MS near Mobile, AL. Praying Gustav doesn't come try to wipe us off the map like Katrina tried to do in 05
I don't wish it on anyone else either, but there are still areas in Biloxi/Gulfport and Pass Christian that don't look much better than it did after Katrina moved out.Craig |
