Claw Mag coil size?

Default Claw Mag coil size?

The new Mags had a 3" coil. Has the Mag always had a 3" coil. I'm lookin' to recone my Claw Mag but don't wan't to take it apart and look myself since it still works somewhat.

Yes, all Mag's have used a 3" coil.
