If you Google that, the thread should come right up. There were all kinds of things that needed to happen to get those numbers, like modding the box, and 2000+ watts of power... I think under normal conditions though (recommended RMS, sealed enclosure, etc...) a single BM MKIII can push somewhere in the mid 130's - at least, I think that's what Nick had said.

The high 140's were done while THRASHING a pair of BM mkIII's with the surrounds taped up, etc. The surrounds ended up flying apart from the pressure inside the box. And it was also in a large 4'th order bandpass.

As usa said, under normal conditions a single BM mkIII / mkIV is capable of reaching into the mid 130's in 0.5 ft^3 sealed.
