Hi guyz,
Will receive a Mag v.4 soon and need to start building the box. I have a few questions: -- Can someone plz post the template for the sub (instead of waiting for the box to arrive?) -- How much clearance is necessary behind the woofer for it to be safe? -- I plan on using 700rms and build a 1cuft box, are bracing necessary? Well I know it is always necessary but is it NECESSARY lol I have a deadened hatchback and I always feel that with the cabin gain, I need to make a smaller box (that is why I choose 1cuft instead of 1.25cuft as suggested for 700rms). Is it a misconception? Thanks, Kelvin

Kelvin, use 1 ft^3 even though you're only using 700 watts. If you use 3/4" MDF there's no need to brace it. The cutout on the Mag's is 11 1/8'th and OD with the gasket is 13". You should leave at least 0.5" behind the driver.
