I was wondering how much difference there would be, between a Le of .8 and 1.8? Is this a lot? I know most subs that I have looked at are 3.4 and higher.

Yep, it's a big difference. 1.8 mH is over twice the inductance of 0.8 mH. If you're looking at two subwoofers with those inductances, they will behave like two totally different beasts.

HUGE difference. One sounds tubby where as the other sounds effortless.
