Default New Mag Crossover Point

I have searched, but didnt see anything. I am thinking of getting the SLC kickbass for a front stage and was wondering how happy the Mag is crossed at 80Hz. Would i need some other midbass in the rear running from 80 to 63?

Why wouldn't the front stage be able to go below 80? I imagine the Mag would be able to handle it sounding decently well, though. The low Le helps, though there are other factors.

With SLC kicks, you're told HP them at 80hz/12db...Op, from what I've gathered, yes, the Mag will be plenty happy with a LP of 80hz/12db.

+1 to what they said. The Mag is perfectly fine playing up to 80 Hz. To tell you the truth, that's probably where my Mag's are going to be crossed over at most of the time.
