Default crossover point

I have 2 bm mkIII each in a .48sqft chamber stuffed with polyfill and pushing them each with a DC zapco 500. Just wondering what i should set my crossover points and slopes at?

A good starting point is 80 Hz. Try both 24 dB and 12 dB slopes if it's an option. In some systems I have ran them as high as 100 Hz and in other systems I've ran them down into the 65 Hz region. Right now my single BM mkIII is crossed over at 80 Hz with a 12 dB slope because with my current amplifiers it sounds better using a 12 dB slope than it does with the steeper 24 dB slope.

same here...I crossed mine at 100 hz 6 db...and my mid bass at 80hz 12 db...it sounds good to me making me feel like my mid bass is louder now...cos my own mid bass cant produce much mid bass....but I still hear the bass seems to be upfront...anyway...what should I cross the SI BM MKIII on the lower point? Should I cross it at 20hz 18 db? Or just set the point as THROUGH?

You can set a subsonic filter on it if you're having trouble with it bottoming out on very very deep tracks. But if you're not having any problems with it, do not worry about setting a subsonic filter.
