New Mag coming in, current mag going to HT!

This is a discussion on New Mag coming in, current mag going to HT! within the SI Products forums, part of the Stereo integrity category; I had my 15 in 3.75ft^3 @ 28hz in my first dorm and......well.... couldn't use it too much....

so, what would it take to run a car amp in an in home application?

An expensive power supply. Just buy a home audio amplifier and be done with it.

So the general response is the Keiga or ED (same thing), without spending 10 times the price of the sub?

Hey Nick did you try the ADA-1200, the Hypex 1000 or the CSS SPA1000

If you have the cash you can get those though:

Honestly we haven't tried anything plate amp related. We ended up building an equipment closet inside of an existing closet and we used a traditional PA amp.

And honestly I've been focusing so much on the progress of the BM mkIII (AKA: the mkIV) and the other shallow offering we will soon be coming out with (the TM9) that I haven't done any home audio in a very long time.
