I like Fuller's Vintage Ale... it's like 12 dollars a bottle at the only place I know to get it. Nick had one with me before... one is about all you need.
I also enjoy a good Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat as well. Upon googling the Leinenkugel I found it it is the "Jacob Leinenkugel Brewery" and my other favorite is my last name... coincidence? I think not. Also interestingly... I am allergic to wheat, but unless I have several beers every day for several days in a row it doesn't bother me. For the win! |

and most anything by unibroue is delicious. one of my most recent faves (although not with this hot weather...) has been the flying dog imperial porter. but this is probably best for a cool fall or winter evening. i have started falling back in love with mexican style beers with the hot weather . my taste buds have changed alot over the years. i used to despise mexican beers and i would love wheat/white beers. but now i find the wheats to usually be too sweet, and i have gone for a hoppier more bitter beer usually, and when i just want something refreshing, the chelada styles hit the spot

I am in college still, when there is a microbrewery in your town the uniqueness is very much alive, lol.
