RIP

Passed away this morning, she was 13. They think it was a heart attack caused by old age. I grew up with this dog. Not really looking for sympathy, just needing to vent somewhere.

The brindle dog is our 1.5 year old boxer.

This was the other dog I grew up with; he passed away about a year and a half ago.

Sorry for your loss.

We had a chocolate lab for over 13 years. It's like losing a family member, really.

It really is; our dogs wake us up and interect as another family member. Anyone who doesn't feel dogs have emotions, look at the difference in reaction when a family member/owner comes home vs. a stranger.

You can get so attached to pets, sometimes more so than some family members.

Sorry to hear of your loss....she was a beauty.
