And if I snag the Koda's I'm going to try to shove the Koda's and the Morel tweets in the doors and have NOTHING in the kick area. I've got an idea for modifying the factory speaker grills to accomodate the tweeters so I can still use the factory grills.

I bought those Koda's today.
Looks like the Civic's install just got a LOT easier!! And yep, as Jake said, it's just a former cap. Every dust cap Dan tried worsened the performance, so it ended up with a former cap!

PS: With a 3/4" spacer the Koda's barely fit inside the doors of a Honda. 2 more mm and the backplate would hit the window.
