Default Mag LLT Sonotubes FTMFW

- Two 15" Stereo Integrity Mags in separate LLT enclosures
- 22" diameter Sonotubes with 6" ports
- Enclosures will be about 6ft tall with the bases (each will be 11ft^3 tuned to 15Hz)
- A total of 2400 watts on tap from a QSC PL2.4 monoblock

22" Sonotubes and 6" port tubes...

Finally got around to cutting all of the wood for the covers and bases...

I've got something special planned for the exterior finish of the Sonotubes. Keeping it a surprise for now, but they will be one of a kind and not finished in black carpet like everyone else's. I'll update this thread as the build progresses. My neighbors will love me.

I've found that wood glue works very well on cardboard. Go figure. Just make sure you sand off the damn waxy layer on the sonotube, but I'm sure you know this already.

On the inside you can pull the coating off by hand in one giant piece.

HT and music, but mostly music. This is my first experience with LLT, but it is supposedly as close as you can get to IB without actually going IB. Infinite Baffle was just not an option for me, so I'm hoping these live up to the hype.

Some good reading on LLT...

I don't believe I have ever heard a sonotube before. Just heard about them. Interesting build you have going on.

Built 16 of them so far.

Sub under the Mag 15 went with these 8 ft. tall towers I built
