I'm using Rainbow Germanium CS 465.25. They claim 300w max, I've fed them 400w RMS per side and they shine. Highs can be a bit bright but that 6.5" midbass can really pack a nice tight punch. They do cost a pretty penny though at ~$750 a set.

I didn't much care for the MOMO's for front fill they sounded too tin can-ish and lacked punch. I ran the MOMO 650 and 6500. I've also run the Polk db5251 prior to finding out a 6.5 would fit in my 5.25 speaker holes. I haven't heard the SR models yet.

But these Rainbows are nothing short of phenomenal.

I am currently using a set of DLS iridium 6.3's and they have incredible tonality.... once I went active I was even more impressed....after hearing a couple cars and wanting to make some changes I have decided to switch out for some Image Dynamics horns.

I am selling my DLS iridiums if you are interested....but either way there are a ton of great options buying used or nearly new equipment and you can save a ton of money.

also have a set of NIB Zapco RH13.2's

i might be interested in the dls! but correct me if i am wrong 6.3, means there are 3 speaker sets right? so mid, tweeters and SUB correct? if so what is the purpose of the sub fi you have mids and 2 v4 mags? or can i get away with not using the subs with the dls?

6.3 is a 3 way, but it is a tweeter, midrange and midbass.....the sub(bass) is a separate speaker

interesting okay i have dumb question to ask! do i need to use the midbass speakers or could i get away without using them? i image i would need to use all 3 speakers and what amp would i be looking for? and how much rms will all 3 speakers need? 300wrms plus?

see 3ways i haven't looked into them much.

sound guality wise i only played the ppi amp on my home system and it souned great with alot of output, almost too much. i was using my astron power supply @ 14v with only 2 channels on some infinity kappas. it sounds stronger than 100 watts. are ppi pc amps regulated or unregulated? i know they are rated at 12v so this might be why. my u.s. amps tuber is a graet sounding amp also, but the ppi is a beast. maybe i will just put it with the rest of the amps laying around my house and wait for another install. i just hate to waste such a graet amp!

you definitely need the midbass.... if you only wanted 2 way then you would get rid of the midrange..... without the midrange the set becomes the DLS IR6.2
or I have a killer set of Zapco RH13.2's that are brand new.

that PPI would be a great amp and don't worry about "too much power" much easier to turn in down when you have too much, then turn it up when you don't have enough.....and most speakers won't see that pwer all the time.

now, let's back this up a bit and see if we can be more help to you.

what kind of car is this going in?
What are your goals for sound?
what is your budget?
will this be a full custom install (big install budget)? or simple speakers and sub?
what equipment do you currently have?
if you had to make a choice between booming bass, getting loud or crystal clear sound, which one would you choose?

these will help in finding you a setup that will work
