I love my Diamond Audio Hexes. From everything I've ever seen (and anyone who's ever heard them in my car or installed them at my recommendation), they're amazing for the price. I have the silk dome tweeters so they're not harsh on the highs. Very good mid-bass. And quite clear even at high speeds with the top down.
Probably not on the same level as the Focals, Rainbows, or DLSs, but...then again, I drive with the top down most of the time and I doubt I would really notice enough of a difference from the more expensive sets to invest in them.

I can't wait to get mine installed. Doesn't seem to be too many who have used this set, but seems all who have, have nothing but good things to say about them.

A lot of people have had good things to say about Pioneers new TSC-7200 PRS set. These are normal everyday people too.
I heard a set in a kids car off about 120rms per side and was the best sounding set I have heard in sometime. I would check those out as they can be had around 220 or so, depending where you get them. Would be the set I have gotten if I stayed in the game. |

Side not I got the SR6500's installed, and I use that loosely cause it is crappy at best lol. But they do sound amazing, I now actually understand what people mean when they talk about the height and width of their sound stage and center. Plus for being in an undeadened door the midbass is pretty sweet. Heck the drivers side tweeter is pretty much firing into my dash and it still sounds good lol. I am hoping it can only get better from here. I am finding myself spending more time just sitting in my truck listening than working on finishing up the install. Going to go active now since I ran into an issue with one of the crossovers not wanting to put out any tweeter frequencies.
