hey guys i was given an offer on an RD 1750 amp but i was wondering if anyone has used them before or has reviews to offer?

a few ppl say they have the same board as the sundown amps? anyone have input on that?

lol, i know for a fact that since you posted this, it is only a matter of moments before you get a VERY informed response in regaurds to that

but even so, same board does not mean it is a similar product... i cant say anything because im not familiar with the amp, but sit tight and jake should be here shortly to help ya out

o it isn't like i am going to buy this amp i am just Curious about it! i am sold on sundown actualy but this amp and the offer i was given is tempting though.

Those few people who say they use the same board and hint that they are the same amp are probably the same people who think a new Corvette uses the same engine that a Totota Tundra does. Hey, they're both 5.7 liter V8's. Must be the same right?

Same goes for that thread over on ca.com about the BM's being the same as some ed sub because the slugs were the same OD. Two totally different speakers...by a long shot.

umm i C waht you are getting at! same board not the same amp, which is why it cost like half the price i guess! you make a hell of a good point!

umm, the new corvette does use the same engine as the tundra nick... thats why the new corvette is so unique, its american and japan teaming up together. its japerican.

heh i have a 1750.1 rd amp, and love it. Its underrated (1750@14.4V is rated voltage, i had it benched at over 2k at 13)

thats at 1 ohm mind you. It also takes some abuse, lots of people run them at or near max gain at 0.5 ohm daily and have no issues.
