average week i can get about 24-25 mpg

if i stay in the city, or in traffic, about 19 mpg...

of course, all of these figures account for the much needed random flooring it sessions
Glad to see your still having your fun. I have put over 12,000 miles on my truck since I bought it in October I have yet to get over the "flooring" it fun lol.

Also been paying $3.49+ since I purchased the truck in October, now its at around $4.03, Diesel is the new premium nowadays, then some

Best I get is 18mpg highway on summer fuel, over the winter I have been averaging 14-15 with mostly country roads.

In the past 5-8 years or so we have been having an explosion of horsepower and performance just like back in the 60's, we got 500hp mustangs from the factory, 8,000lb trucks running 14's (mustang GT speeds) and 6.7L 4-door sedans. Guess its time to relive our past.

I average around 23mpg being I do a lot of city driving. On the highway, maybe 29 if I am lucky. Sticker says 24-32. Yeah, I am not seeing that, lol!

I did dump some money into the engine, so maybe that is why, but even from the factory, I wasn't seeing those numbers.

Most I have ever gotten on a full tank when stock was 350. Now I can't get over 300. Only drive it to work and to my parents house, so full tank lasts a couple of weeks.

Depending on how I drive, my S2000 gets between 22 and 30mpg... Gotta let the engine run in VTEC every now and then on the back roads...

My truck, on the other hand, I'm happy to get 15mpg... Needless to say, it isn't driven very much...

You can get up to 30 mpg if you drive decently in an S2000?! Cool! Too bad they don't come in hatches. With a hard top, does that eliminate the convertible top or is the top still there?

PS: hobie1dog - we still need to do the twin-750cc-VFR-powered Civic...and I've got just the Civic!

Actually, a lot of people get over 30mpg... It's all about how you drive it.

The hardtop doesn't require removal of the soft top, I'm actually debating buying one this summer/fall to use during the winter/cooler months.
