Default BM MKIII enclosure too small?

Recently I had a fibreglass enclosure built for my BM MKIII and ever since it was done it didn't "look" to be 0.5^3 ft. Today I pulled it out and did a precise water measurement test and found that up to the mounting ring it's only 0.42^3 ft (12L). This measurement is obviously without the driver displacement. I've been lining and stuffing it with fibreglass insulation. I'm concerned that this enclosure isn't large enough and I'm losing performance. Should I consider having it rebuilt or can I work with what I have?

Context....I'm building a fairly high-end SQ setup (Hertz Mille, Audison etc.) and I want to ensure that I'm getting the best performance that I can achieve, but I also don't want to unnecessarily fund a new sub enclosure build if it doesn't make sense to do so.

Enclosure Info....
It's irregelar shaped....deeper in the middle and shallower on the sides.

Here is a picture while it was being built.

Here is a picture with the driver dropped in (but not screwed in...notice the SI logo is still crooked ).

Thanks for the help.

Your enclosure volume will be adequate if you have lined the walls with fiberglass insulation and then lightly stuffed it with polyfill while making sure you do NOT put the polyfill or insulation directly behind the driver. The difference in 0.42 ft^3 and 0.50 ft^3 will be less than 3 Hz difference in F3, which will not be audible.

PS: Nice looking enclosure!
