The Mag will be a more actual representation of how the music was recorded. It will be more distortion-free, which you may not like. If you want more oomph with some decent sound quality, do not buy a Mag v4. The Mag's are almost too clean; they don't distort as other subwoofers do, which some people don't like.

It really depends on what you want.
