Will the SecondSkin Audio Speaker Tweaker Kits work if I placed one behind each subwoofer in my enclosure?

Or should I leave the enclosure as it is (e.g. Speaker Tweaker Kit doesn't improve a thing with subwoofers).

Please advice.
