Okay I will stay clear from Iraggi then. Thanks for the advice (both).

Since I lack technical skills, I don't dare to take out the alternator myself, but I received the following information from a person on a Lexus forum in the UK:

And regarding that 130A should be enough; well to be honest, my old setup already caused problems (not enough power, batteries drained, etc.) so I really doubt the 130A will be enough. Also they didn't put a 130A alternor in my car for my car hifi.
The Lexus has a lot of electrical systems, so I really think I need to upgrade my alternator. :S
