I to say stay away from Irragi alts. A buddy of mine went through two of them on his car (both left him stranded on the side of the road).

I can't see you needing more than the 130 amp if you have multiple batteries. I run two big nasty Powermaster batteries with my little 60 amp alt and everything is fine. However, I'm not running 3000 watts of power either.
