Also you are running a Pioneer unit so this is another possibility. It's possible you blew the pico fuse in the unit. (you can search (google) on pioneer and pico fuse problem).

Ground the rca's and that is one way to fix your problem without sending the headunit in for the fuse to be replaced.
hey man thanks for the suggestions. i have grounded a piar of my rca already on the back of my head unit!

i will try to re ground my amp to the car rather then the extra battery and see if that does anything! thanks for the suggestions. i will let you know how itt goes!

quick question will alt whine hurt my subs? or will i even hear it in my sub? b/c if i am unable to ground my amps to my second battery wouldn't that pose some kind of problem?
