+1 for Kicker Hyperflex wire, its a bit more expensive but its amazing how well it works. The best way I can describe it is that it flows like rope, any of the sizes as well as teh RCA cables, they just drop and flow as you coil them up, no kinking at all. They used to be cheaper but look up the PKD1 kit on ebay I picked mine up for I think $70 shipped a few months back but they are up to about $130 now should be enough to get you started to do everything other than speaker wire and RCA cables.
A run down of what you should need would be
1/0 power and ground
Distribution block or 2
Fuse holder around 250-300amp fuse
4awg wire from distribution blocks to amps
16awg speaker wire
maybe some 8awg or even 10awg for your computer PSU depending on the size of it (I have an OPUS 320w and it has 3 16awg wires coming out that I connected to a run of 8awg)
RCA wires probably 6 channels Front (L and R) Rear (L and R) and sub (L and R)
for sizing of the truckputer PSU I will post a few links to some PSU calculators tomorrow when I get to work. For the past 2 weeks or so I have been trying to sort through all my wire of my install lol and it seems I keep forgetting one here and there.
