hey man but if you are going to get some fans here is what i think i iwll be using

relay
Parts Express:12 VDC Tyco Relay SPDT 20/30A (Formerly Bosch)
fan

but only b/c there is absolutly no air movmetn at all UNDER my read seats, it is almsot like putting it in a sealed box lmoa well nto realy but you get the idea and like you say today is about 87 in canada!
