Well, it's rather simple.
If you're not worried about flash and want to keep the cost down, get some welding cable for your power. With your proposed setup, nothing less than 1/0 will do. Get an ANL fuse holder mounted no more than 18" from the battery for the main power wire. Run the main power feed to a distribution or fused distribution block and then out to each individual amp with 4 guage. Also use this for your grounds, or run them all into one distribution block and terminate that with another 1/0 cable.
RCAs, well, there's so many on the market, you can pick whatever you want here. Just don't get the cheapest things you can find. Quality counts here.
As for speaker cable, just pick up any type in 16-14 guage and you'll be set.
Don't worry about the capacitor, it won't do you a bit of good.
