Probably will...but I think it will hit the SRT'ish cars the hardest. AKA, the big V8, 13 mpg crowd. I think the cars like the Nissan 350Z crowd are still going to flourish, but the smaller import crowd is still going to be suping up their rides. Having said that, I think the purchases of new cars are going to be more focused on the smaller, better gas mileage vehicles.
